TERMS of SERVICE

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before a booking or / and purchasing. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not visit our salon or use any services.
These Terms of Service are considered a Public Offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sofie Roth Nail Academy INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including all information, websites, tools, products and services available to the customer.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.
By visiting our salon, using the services and purchasing products of Sofie Roth Nail Academy INC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
These Terms of Service apply to all customers, without limitation.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use the services of Sofie Roth Nail Academy INC.

MODIFICATIONS.
We may modify, update, change or replace any part these Terms of Service at any time.
The most current version of the Terms of Service will be posted on this page.
Your continued use of our services after any modifications to these Terms of Service will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.

SERVICES.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We provide beauty services, including but not limited to manicure, pedicure.

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. All descriptions of products are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products and services that appear at the website. But we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Also, we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

ONLY NATURAL NAILS

We work with natural nails only. No Gel-X, Acrylic, Extensions or Dip powder.

BOOKING

All appointment requests are processed by website, chat or phone.

To book an appointment, please fill in the following details:

procedure you need
your first and last name
your e-mail (for confirmation of your appointment)
your phone number (for text reminders)
convenient date and time slot

A day before the meeting, you will receive an email and text reminder..

WORKING OUTSIDE NORMAL HOURS

If the service was provided before 9:00 AM or after 6:00 PM, then an additional surcharge in the amount of $60 is applied towards your total.

For example:

E-file manicure + Gel coat cost $90.

If you scheduled your appointment for after 6:00 PM, then your total would come up to $150 (service price $90 + extra surcharge $60).

SMART pedicure costs $100.

If you scheduled your appointment for before 9:00 AM, then your total would come up to $160 (service price $100 + extra surcharge $60).

PAYMENTS

Payment is due at the time of service.
I accept Cash, PayPal, Zelle, and online payments through the website.

DEPOSITS

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULE

I require a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
In case of a no-call / no-show, there is a 100% fee for the previous services booked if you want to make a new appointment.
Repeated last-minute cancelations/no-shows may result in the refusal of future services.

RUNNING LATE

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
If you are running a few minutes late, please text or call me.

Any amount of time you are late will cut into your service time. However, services will still be charged at full price.

We schedule appointments back to back. So we will not use another client's time.

WARRANTY

Five-day service guarantee will cover you for the incident(s) like gel polish chipping or peeling at no extra charge.
For any requests outside this period, a regular appointment needs to be scheduled.

VISITING RULES

No extra guests, including relatives, unless both are getting serviced.
No pets.
No kids.

My office is not the best environment for kids. If you want to make the most of your time at my place, please leave your children with a caretaker. If you bring a child with you, I will not be able to provide you with my service. I do very detailed work and kids may be a big distraction, which is quite dangerous since I work with nail bits and scissors.

WAIVER.
Using our services, you hereby waive any and all claims that you may have against Sofie Roth for any injuries or damages that you may sustain as a result of the service.

DISCLAIMERS.
Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have any medical concerns, you should consult with a doctor.

We do not guarantee the results of its services. The results of any service may vary depending on the individual.
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions that you may experience as a result of the services provided. If you have any allergies, you should inform us before any service is rendered.

By booking our services on the website or another way, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth above.

GOVERNING LAW.
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

Your use of this Website shall be governed by USA law, and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA courts.

ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you act negligently in any of the responsibilities specified in these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy), you shall be liable for all the losses and damages that this may cause to Sofie Roth Nail Academy INC and our partners.
